Idaho reported it's lowest April 1 snowpack on record (since they started the SNOTEL network in the 1930's), and our governor has declared a statewide drought emergency. A wet April has been welcomed, but it's too little too late - looking at water curtailments for farmers with junior water right dates in the 1950's (maybe earlier?). Gonna have a huge impact on ag.
